Meant to do this last night, but was busy when I got back from the JJK-Pound games:

Kids from Pound props

Bolling from Pound is a straight-up load to have to deal with in the post. It is scary to think what he could do with a bolstered supporting cast.

I am getting old folks. I remember when 2 of the players in last night's games (cousins of mine) were pooping mustard. Most know that 1 is a junior on the Lady Indian squad, but I completely forgot that the other cuz is a junior on the Pound boys squad (Justin Mullins). The kid has a pretty good shot That's what makes these rivalry games special and tough at the same time (sitting on one side, yet having to clap and cheer when an opposing player does well)

Props to these kids from The Reservation:

Chad Bartlett: Here's the kid that busts his butt, works his arse off and gets to get into the game late and buries a nice shot. This young man is the kind of young man that you want representing your school. It has been a pleasure getting to know this humble,well-spoken young man over the last few years. We are blessed to be able to call him an INDIAN.

Joseph Collins(?-think Collins is right) #34. Somebody from JJK is going to have to tell me what grade this youngster is in, but I gotta tell you,I have been impressed with him every game. This youngster is going to be a player to watch in the future.

Also a thought on the game that shocked folks last night, Clintwood over PV:

This is the LPD,not the Hogo. We do not have a GW,a team that is good enough to flat out bury the rest and sew the distric up early. I was suprised, but not floored. I am tickled however, that the Tribe is in the title hunt, when I expected next year to be the year that we could/would win it with all of the juniors.
